Our opening hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday - We are appointment only on Saturdays.
Where to find us? We are situated at Suite one, Railway House, Railway Road, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 0HW
We have onstreet parking or parking to the right of the building.

What is the estimated turnaround time for repairs and modifications?
Once your equipment arrives at our facility, we typically complete all repairs and modifications within 1 to 5 days.
While we strive to meet this window, please keep in mind that specialized part orders or high service volumes may occasionally extend this timeframe.

What services do you offer?
We provide expert repairs, upgrades, and modifications for a wide range of devices, including gaming consoles, PCs, laptops, and tablets.
We also specialize in the full Apple ecosystem, including iMac and MacBook systems.
Don't forget we also support business with there IT solutions from laptop and pc set ups to printer installs

I am ready to book a repair with BCK Technology but how do I do this?
There are several ways to book your device with BCK Technology. While you can reach us via our website’s Contact Us page, where you’ll find our full address and messaging options.
We also welcome inquiries through Facebook. However, for the fastest service, we highly recommend a quick phone call. Speaking directly allows our technicians to gather all the necessary details and answer your questions in real-time, ensuring we can get straight to work on your repair without delay.

Do you keep me updated throughout the repair?
Yes, We keep you updated about your repair. As you can imagine we get lots of repairs and some take longer than others, We do try and work on a first come first serve basis. We have to take into account that some parts can take weeks to arrive from different country's and we try and prioritise these repairs as soon as the part arrives with us.
Depending on the service chosen we will always be in contact regarding your device and time scales. With stuff like Diagnosis we will always try and do this in a quick and professional manor to let the consumer know the exact price of repair.

What payment methods can be used?
As you can apprieciate we do not use a card machine at BCK Technology Ltd. We have chosen not to do this as the fees charged with some companys are outragious and this comes off the profit made here. We want to keep our prices as low as possible for the customer and to do this we have chosen to not use card machines.
Does this mean I can not pay by card?
No, We do accept Bank transfers and BACS payments. We also take Cash payments but we do prefer to have the exact amount as we do not hold cash in the office.
We do not accept Paypal.
